I hired Jill to help get my home floral studio organized in early 2019. My studio is located in my garage, and although I had accomplished some of the necessary work, I was a long way from done. There were worktables to be purchased, shelving to be installed and cabinets to be placed in order to store things like tissue paper, glass vases, ceramic vases, lots of small items. I found that I simply couldn’t focus on the overwhelming organizational task all while continuing to manage my family, my home and the ongoing tasks of Fleurette Studio.
Jill worked with me over several days and I was immediately impressed with her quick study of the needs of a floral business. She suggested ideas for storage and workflow that were enormously helpful. But the surprise result was the fact that Jill became the motivational engine behind completing my albatross, which had been shadowing me for a year! Jill asked all the right questions, quickly drawing my attention to the problem areas and coming up with well thought out solutions. In addition, she shopped for the right storage containers, keeping an eye on affordability and the end use. She chose all the containers to be clear, so that I can see the interiors—simple, brilliant idea!
She worked efficiently and because I was paying her, I worked efficiently too. I would hire Jill again in a heartbeat. Her help was invaluable!
